Welcome to Minibots online store! Here at Minibots we have a very experienced sales team happy to help with making your online purchase an enjoyable experience. If at any point you do require any assistance in regards to products in which we sell our staff will help advise on sizing, suitable age ranges, gift options or any query in which you might have. Privacy
Minibots assures all their customers that we will protect your right to privacy. Any personal details will not be disclosed, sold or rented to any individual or entity outside of Minibots. All information in which Minibots holds, is used for the sole purpose to process orders correctly or to forward online specials and newsletters.
If at any point you do not wish to receive our newsletters please let Minibots know.
Ordering Online
Orders can be made online via Minibots secure server. Please be reminded that all information remains confidential and protected for your privacy.
Telephone Orders
Minibots is happy to take your order over the phone. So please feel free to call us on 0422168086. Orders placed via telephone before 12pm (Monday-Friday) will be shipped the same day.
Pricing
All pricing at Minibots is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. If ordering outside of Australia please ensure that you use our currency converter. The GST component will be deducted once at checkout. Minibots reserves the rights to change pricing at our own discretion and at any stage without notice.
Security
Minibots does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the minibots.com.au website. Your credit card details are processed securely through PayPal. The PayPal Service allows you to securely, conveniently and cost effectively, send payments.
Payment
We accept payments through PayPal, if you wish to send a cheque, money order and direct deposit please contact us to organise. Orders will be dispatched once payment confirmation has been received.
Deliveries and Shipping
Here at Minibots we like to ensure that your online shopping experience is one of enjoyment and is a simple transaction. Our shipping methods and policies are designed to reach you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Deliveries within Australia
All orders once processed and payment confirmation received will be sent by courier or express post. Ensuring that your parcel is insured. Allow between 1–5 working days. Please add a flat rate of $12.00 for postage. All orders over $150.00 within Australia are shipped free of charge. Larger items or deliveries to remote areas may take longer. Please note that larger items will be measured by cubic weight and may incur extra postage fees. If extra fee is payable we will ensure to contact you to confirm payment before we dispatch order. If this occurs you have the option of changing or cancelling order.
Deliveries outside of Australia
All orders once processed will be dispatched within 48hrs and sent via Australia Post Air Mail. Please allow orders to be received between 7 – 14 business days, some destinations may take longer. Please add $25.00 for postage. International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within the specified time.
Damaged / Faulty Items
All items at Minibots are thoroughly checked and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, damaged / broken please contact us immediately and we will organise a replacement or part/full refund. Faulty Goods can be returned with labels intact for an exchange or refund. Please ensure that if you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened, ensure that you notify the carrier before signing for your order.
Returns / Exchanges
Minibots would like you to feel confident when ordering online, so if you find for any reason that your selection is not what you expected, the right colour or size, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving purchase and we will arrange an exchange. Please note that exchanges will be given if the item is; unused, unworn and with all labels intact. All items exchanged will incur an extra delivery charge. There are no refunds or exchange on sale items. Minibots apologises for items that are out of stock. We will advise you immediately and allow you the opportunity to choose a new item that you would like to exchange item for. All returns are to be posted to the below address and include a self addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in;

Misplaced Orders
All orders sent by Minibots have a tracking number. If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us we will track it for you.
